Terms, Refund, Purchase, Privacy & Communications Policy
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms govern your purchase of, access to, and use of any course, program, community, digital product, software, or AI-enabled tool offered by Changing Courses 11 LLC (collectively, the "Product").
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, that the payment method you use is lawfully yours, and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate.
2. Definitions
- Purchase Date — the calendar date on which your payment is successfully processed, as recorded by our payment processor.
- AI Tools — any AI-enabled feature, assistant, agent, generator, prompt library executed against a model, or other functionality within the Product that invokes a third-party or proprietary AI model on your behalf.
- Output — any text, analysis, plan, recommendation, document, image, code, or other content produced by the AI Tools.
- Materials — course content, video, audio, written material, templates, worksheets, frameworks, and any other content delivered as part of the Product.
3. Purchase, Access, and License
Merchant of record. Payment for the Product is processed by Helpyr Technologies, which acts as the merchant of record for your transaction and processes payments on behalf of Changing Courses 11 LLC through Stripe. Charges will appear on your card or bank statement under the name "Helpyr Technologies" or "Changing Courses 11," not under the name of the Product. Changing Courses 11 LLC remains responsible for delivering the Product and for the obligations set out in these Terms, and all refund, privacy, and dispute requests must be directed to Changing Courses 11 LLC at the address in Section 18.
Upon successful payment, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Product for your own individual use.
You may not:
- Share, resell, rent, sublicense, or distribute your access credentials or the Materials
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute the Materials in whole or in part
- Use the Materials or Output to build, train, or market a competing course, program, or product
- Circumvent, scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access to the Product or the AI Tools
- Use the Product on behalf of a third party or a commercial group without a separate written license from us
Access is provided for the duration stated at the point of sale. If no duration is stated, access is provided for as long as we continue to offer the Product, and we may discontinue, modify, or migrate the Product at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice before permanently discontinuing access.
Violation of this Section terminates your license immediately and without refund.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Window
You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your Purchase Date. The Purchase Date is counted as day one. A purchase made on the 1st of a month must therefore have its refund request received by end of day on the 7th.
Requests received after the seventh day are not eligible for any refund, in whole or in part.
4.2 How to Request
All refund requests must be submitted by email to h.pippins@changingcourses11.com from the email address used at purchase, and must include your full name, the Product purchased, and the Purchase Date.
Requests submitted through any other channel — social media, community posts, direct messages, comments, or a chargeback filed with your bank — do not constitute a valid refund request and will not start or preserve the refund window.
A request is timestamped by the date and time our email server receives it.
4.3 Approval
Refunds are reviewed and approved at our discretion, and are not automatic. A timely request does not by itself entitle you to a refund. We will review the request and notify you of the outcome by email.
Business hours and response times. We do not guarantee responses on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays. Requests received on those days will be reviewed on the next business day. Your request remains timely as long as it was received within the seven-day window, even if our review occurs afterward.
4.4 AI Tool Usage Offset
The AI Tools carry hard, non-recoverable costs. Each time you use them, we incur third-party model, compute, and delivery charges, and you receive a custom, personalized deliverable generated specifically for you. Those costs and deliverables are not returnable.
Accordingly: if you have used any of the AI Tools provided within the Product, you are not entitled to a full refund. In that case, Changing Courses 11 LLC may retain a portion of your purchase price — up to seventy percent (70%) — to cover AI usage costs and the custom services already delivered to you. The amount retained will be determined by us based on your recorded usage, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that this offset is a reasonable estimate of costs incurred and value delivered, and not a penalty.
4.5 What Is Not Refundable
No refund will be issued, at any point, for:
- Any request made after the seven-day window has closed, for any reason, including that you forgot about the purchase, did not open the Product, or did not begin the course
- Failure to use, access, complete, or benefit from the Product
- Dissatisfaction with results, outcomes, income, career changes, or any other consequence of applying the Materials
- Change of mind after substantially consuming the Materials
- Loss of access resulting from your violation of these Terms
- Any purchase expressly marked non-refundable at the point of sale
- Any bundled bonus, add-on, live session, or one-to-one service already delivered
4.6 Effect of a Refund
Approval of a refund immediately and permanently terminates your license and access. You must cease all use of the Materials and Output and delete all downloaded or copied material in your possession. Retaining or continuing to use the Materials after a refund is a breach of these Terms and an infringement of our intellectual property rights.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Processing time is controlled by your bank or card issuer.
4.7 One Refund Per Person
We reserve the right to limit refunds to one per person, household, business, or payment instrument, and to permanently decline future sales to anyone who has previously received a refund.
4.8 Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to deny any refund request we determine in good faith to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith, including where a purchaser has downloaded or copied the substantial entirety of the Materials, has a pattern of purchase-and-refund activity across our products or others, has shared or resold access, has used stolen or unauthorized payment credentials, or has misrepresented material facts in the request.
Unrecognized charges. As described in Section 3, your purchase is billed by Helpyr Technologies as merchant of record, and the charge may appear on your statement under that name rather than the name of the Product. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us at h.pippins@changingcourses11.com before disputing it with your bank so that we can identify the transaction for you.
Chargebacks. You agree to contact us at h.pippins@changingcourses11.com and complete the refund process described above before initiating any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Filing a chargeback instead of following this process is a breach of these Terms.
Where a chargeback is filed, we may submit records of your account access, usage logs, AI Tool usage, IP address, and communications to the payment processor and card network as evidence. If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, or if it is filed in bad faith, we may terminate your access without refund, recover our costs of responding, and permanently bar you from future purchases.
5. AI Tools — Usage and Output
5.1 AI Output Can Be Wrong
The AI Tools are powered by probabilistic machine learning models. They can and do produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, internally inconsistent, or entirely fabricated — including confident-sounding statements of fact that are false.
You must review, verify, and independently confirm any Output before relying on it or acting on it. Do not treat Output as verified fact, as professional advice, or as a substitute for your own judgment.
5.2 You Are Responsible for What You Do With It
You are solely responsible for:
- Any decision you make based on the Output
- Any action you take, or fail to take, in reliance on the Output
- Any consequence of that decision or action — financial, professional, legal, personal, or otherwise
- Verifying the accuracy, legality, and suitability of the Output for your specific circumstances
- Any content you submit into the AI Tools, including ensuring you have the right to submit it
Changing Courses 11 LLC is not responsible for the Output or for any outcome arising from your use of it.
5.3 Do Not Submit Sensitive Information
Do not enter into the AI Tools any information you are not free to disclose. This includes but is not limited to protected health information, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, passwords, trade secrets, privileged communications, or confidential information belonging to a third party or employer.
Inputs to the AI Tools may be transmitted to and processed by third-party model providers under their own terms.
5.4 Nature of Output
Output is generated, not curated. It is not reviewed by a human before you receive it unless we expressly say so. Output is not unique to you — similar or identical output may be generated for other users from similar inputs, and we make no claim of originality or exclusivity in any Output.
5.5 Fair Use and Availability
The AI Tools are provided subject to reasonable use limits. We may throttle, suspend, or restrict access where usage is excessive, automated, resold, or inconsistent with individual personal use. Availability of the AI Tools depends on third-party model providers and may be interrupted, degraded, changed, or discontinued without notice.
6. Your Responsibilities as a Purchaser
When you purchase, you are responsible for taking the course and consuming the information you paid for. We deliver access; we cannot deliver completion.
We are not responsible for, and will not refund, your decision not to use the Product, your failure to schedule time for it, your loss of interest, your forgetting about the purchase, or any change in your circumstances after the refund window has closed.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, keeping your login credentials secure, having the equipment and internet access needed to use the Product, and checking the email address you provided at purchase for delivery, access, and notice messages.
7. No Guarantee of Results; Not Professional Advice
The Product is educational and informational in nature.
We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty of any specific result, income, job placement, career outcome, promotion, business result, or personal outcome. Any example, case study, testimonial, or result referenced anywhere in the Product or in our marketing is illustrative only and is not a promise of what you will achieve. Individual results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, skill, timing, market conditions, and circumstances.
Nothing in the Product or in any Output constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, psychological, or professional advice, and no attorney-client, fiduciary, advisory, therapeutic, or professional relationship is created by your purchase or use. Consult a qualified licensed professional before acting on anything that materially affects your finances, health, legal position, or employment.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
8.1 What We Collect
We collect and retain personal information from customers, including name, email address, billing information, purchase and transaction history, account and access activity, communications with us, and usage data associated with the Product and the AI Tools.
8.2 How It Is Stored
Personal information is stored securely using reputable third-party service providers, including Helpyr Technologies as merchant of record, Stripe for payment processing, and other secure platform, hosting, email, and analytics services.
We do not store your full payment card number. Card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe under Stripe's own security controls and privacy terms.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold.
8.3 We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. It is used for internal business purposes only — delivering the Product, processing payments, providing support, maintaining security and fraud prevention records, meeting legal and tax obligations, and communicating with you as described in Section 9.
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under their own security obligations, and where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
8.4 Requesting Your Information
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request correction or deletion of it, at any time by emailing h.pippins@changingcourses11.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and may require verification of your identity before releasing or acting on information.
We may retain certain records after a deletion request where retention is required for tax, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
8.5 Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and thereafter for as long as necessary to satisfy the purposes described above and to comply with our legal obligations.
9. Communications and Email Marketing
By purchasing, you agree to receive email communications from Changing Courses 11 LLC, including:
- Transactional and service messages (receipts, access details, account and security notices, policy changes) — these are part of the Product and cannot be opted out of while you hold active access
- Product updates, changes, improvements, and new releases
- Marketing and promotional email about Changing Courses 11 LLC offerings and information from our company
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or by emailing h.pippins@changingcourses11.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional and service messages.
Additional authorization will be separately collected for specific marketing purposes, including SMS or text-message marketing, automated calling, use of your name, image, likeness, testimonial, or results in our marketing, and any other use requiring your express consent under applicable law. We will not use your likeness or testimonial in marketing without that separate authorization.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to change, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion.
Notice of changes will be provided by any one or more of the following, at our choice: posting the updated Terms on our website, posting in the community or member area, email to the address associated with your account, or any other digital format we select. The "Effective Date" and "Version" at the top of this document will be updated.
Your continued access to or use of the Product after notice is given constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, your sole remedy is to stop using the Product. Changes are not retroactive as to a refund request that was already properly submitted before the change took effect.
11. Intellectual Property
All Materials, course content, curriculum, structure, branding, trademarks, software, prompts, systems, and methods within the Product are the property of Changing Courses 11 LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. As between you and us, and subject to third-party model provider terms, you may use Output generated from your own inputs for your own personal and business purposes; you may not represent Output as an original work of Changing Courses 11 LLC or use it to compete with the Product.
Any feedback, suggestion, or idea you provide to us may be used by us without restriction, compensation, or attribution.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PRODUCT, THE MATERIALS, THE AI TOOLS, AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHANGING COURSES 11 LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCT, THE MATERIALS, THE AI TOOLS, OR ANY OUTPUT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO CHANGING COURSES 11 LLC FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Changing Courses 11 LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Product, the AI Tools, or any Output; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any law or third-party right; or any content you submit into the AI Tools.
15. Governing Law, Venue, and Disputes
Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Product, or your purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Exclusive venue. Any dispute, claim, or controversy will be brought exclusively in a state court located in Williamson County, Tennessee, and the parties agree that disputes suitable for small claims jurisdiction will be brought in the small claims docket of the General Sessions Court for Williamson County, Tennessee. This venue applies regardless of the buyer's location or residence. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on venue, forum non conveniens, or inconvenient forum.
Fees. Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses, regardless of outcome.
No class actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at h.pippins@changingcourses11.com with a written description of the dispute and to allow thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution.
Time limit. Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Product, without refund, if you breach these Terms, share or resell access, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, initiate a chargeback in violation of Section 4.8, or behave abusively toward our staff, contractors, or other members.
Sections 4.6, 5, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 17 survive termination.
17. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any terms presented at the point of sale, constitute the entire agreement between you and Changing Courses 11 LLC regarding the Product and supersede all prior representations, whether written or oral.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your license. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, third-party provider failures, natural disasters, or governmental action.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
